Registration Process BDS/MDS
Step 1 : Create Account ( Click Here)
Step 2 : Login to your account and then pay to download application form.
Step 3 : Submit your Application Form along with below mentioned documents to the office of Jharkhand State Dental Council.
Step 4 : Once your application is approved by the office of Jharkhand State Dental Council you will be notified by an email then you can make the BDS/MDS registration fees payment.
Step 5 : Once your Registration fees along with other document is verified by Jharkhand State Dental Council after that you will be informed to receive the hard copy of certificate from council office.

- Character Certificate
- Passport Size Photograph 5Pc paste on paper & attested
- Internship completion Certificate
- Attempt Certificate in case of fail submitted
- Aadhar Card
- Pan Card
- Neet Score Card
- Money Receipt Photocopy
- Affidavit of declaration (Notary) [ Note : Hand written fields in affidavit format will NOT be accepted. ( Format is attached along with application form ) ]
- All Documents and application form are attested by principal of college.
- A Button Transparent File.
Note :
- All particulars should be in neat legible hand.
- Candidates should note that their names entered in the application must exactly correspond with their names in the University.
- Candidate are here by strictly informed that at the time physical verification of documents, candidate must have enclosed their payment receipt otherwise document may not be accepted.
- It is hereby instructed that registration form along with all list of documents mentioned above to be attested by the college principal.
- All payments made to JSDC are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
