Registration Process

Dear Applicant,

The applicant himself must fill in all particulars given on Application Form. Pay & Download Form | Affidavit Format
All particulars should be in neat legible hand.
Candidates should note that their names entered in the application must exactly correspond with their names in the University.

Fee Details.


For BDS –
Application Fee – Rs. 2500
Registration Fee – Rs. 2000
BDS Yearly Fee – Rs.  300×4 = 1200 /-

Total – 5700 /- ( Five Thousand Seven Hundred Rs. Only )

For MDS –
Application Fee – Rs. 2500
Registration Fee – Rs. 2000
BDS Yearly Fee – Rs. 350×4 = 1400 /-

Total – 5900 /- ( Five Thousand Nine Hundred Rs. Only ) 


Steps to be Followed ➡️

Step 1 : Pay Application Fee through online ( Fee details are mentioned below ) and Download. – Pay Application Fee Online Now
Step 2 : The applicant himself must fill in all particulars given on Application Form. 
Step 3 : Visit the Office for physical verification of documents ( address mentioned below)
Step 4 : Pay the Registration Fee along with yearly through online ( Fee details and Pay Details are mentioned below )  – Rs. 3200    |    Rs 3400    

Step 5 : JDSC Office will inform you after the complete document verification process and will issue a certificate for the same ( Candidate need to collect the hardcopy of certificate from JDSC Office )


Note : For Every Successful payment , It will take few hours to verify your payment and then you will receive a download form link in your email inbox automatically.
Note : Application Form & Registration Fee are need to pay separately. Once physical documents verification has successfully done at JSDC  Office, then you are allowed to pay registration fee.

  • BDS/MDS Provisional Pcs Photocopy
  • Residential Proof of Jharkhand
  • Mark sheet BDS/MDS all year ( Final years 2 Pcs )
  • Character Certificate
  • Passport Size Photograph 5Pc paste on paper & attested
  • Internship completion Certificate
  • Attempt Certificate in case of fail submitted
  • Aadhar Card
  • Pan Card
  • Neet Score Card
  • Money Receipt Photocopy
  • Affidavit of declaration (Notary )
  • All Documents and application form are attested by principal of college..
  • A Button Transparent File.
  • NEET Score Card
